So I built Sunday — not another self-help checklist, but simply someone to talk to at the moment it's hardest to reach out to anyone else.
I'm not a therapist, and Sunday was never built to replace one. It's built to be the smaller, simpler thing that's often missing on a hard Sunday night — someone who's actually there.
Most stress goes unnamed because nobody stops to ask what's actually causing it. I built Sunday to ask, and to actually listen to the answer.
