Behind Sunday

Built by someone who knows
exactly what Sunday night feels like.

I'm Mahalaxmi Shrigiri — a mother, an MBA graduate, and someone who has spent years working in content and communication.

Sunday started from something personal: that specific heaviness every Sunday evening, when the week hasn't started yet but the weight of it already has. I noticed it in myself, and in people around me who seemed fine on the outside. So I built Sunday — not another self-help checklist, but simply someone to talk to at the moment it's hardest to reach out to anyone else.

I'm not a therapist, and Sunday was never built to replace one. It's built to be the smaller, simpler thing that's often missing on a hard Sunday night — someone who's actually there.

What I believe

Find the real problem

Most stress goes unnamed because nobody stops to ask what's actually causing it. I built Sunday to ask, and to actually listen to the answer.

Simple over clever

No app to download, no account to create. If something is meant to help at 9 PM on a hard night, it has to be that easy to reach.

Useful, quietly

The instinct I learned from my father — help because it's needed, not because it's noticed. That's the standard Sunday is held to.

If tonight feels heavy,
I built this for exactly that.
